Observation

Based on the information gathered at the site visit, interviews with the staff and referent and staffing with the licensing supervisor, it has been determined that staff person, Faith Lemery, did use angry hostile interactions, cussing in front of the children. It has been determined that there is insufficient information to find that Carolean Harmon did not change diapers when needed. The staff change diapers every 2 hours or sooner if needed. ??
